I’ve been informed by Black Inc that my poem ‘crying at the poetry reading’, published in\u00a0Red River Review <\/em>in November 2011, has been selected by John Tranter for\u00a0The Best Australian Poems 2012<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Thank you so much for informing me.\u00a0 My publisher and I will be sending out promo info. for Rob and I hope that will lead to sales for your publication.\u00a0 We had nominated that same poem for\u00a0a Best of the Net Award.\u00a0 Australia seems to turn out some amazing poets.\u00a0 Thank you again.<\/p>\n

I just got word about Best Australian Poetry 2012.\u00a0 I called RRR publisher and he’s jumping up and down.\u00a0 We’re putting out promo stuff.\u00a0 You totally rock.\u00a0 I simply do not have the adjectives to tell you how fantastic this is.\u00a0 Great good luck to you – your career just took off.<\/p>\n
