I used this theme to write a poem about the power of self-talk in my life. The poem\u2019s just won the <a title=\"open section\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sahealth.sa.gov.au\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/public+content\/sa+health+internet\/health+information\/news\/media+releases\/13+oct+11+-+poets+honoured+for+mental+health+verse\">Open section<\/a> of Open Your Mind, the SA Mental Health Coalition\u2019s poetry competition for <a title=\"Mental Health Week\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mhcsa.net\/?catID=36\">Mental Health Week<\/a>. The prize was a beautiful abstract painting by <a title=\"Sue Morrizi\" href=\"http:\/\/mhcsa.net\/editor\/assets\/Sue%20Morrizi%20web%20LX.pdf\">Sue Morrizi<\/a> which has my poem forming part of the image.
